Holidays and Religious Trauma

This safe and supportive virtual space to discuss sometimes delicate matter of facing the holidays amidst a background of religious trauma. Holidays are so often formed by religious ideals, some of which can become problematic for individuals who do not entirely conform to these ideals; this often puts us at odds between enjoying an important day with our loved ones and wrestling with the damage that it has done to us, intentional or otherwise.


Who the the group is for: Individuals who are struggling with or confronting their trauma surrounding religion or holidays, and are present in Missouri or Kansas at time of service.


Where: Via a virtual appointment utilizing a Confidential, Secure software.

Cost: $45/session per person; $180 total for 4 weeks
