Group Therapy: An Affordable Option to Personal growth

While working in individual therapy, I can tell you that one third of my job is demystifying the human experience, teaching clients that they are not alone, and validating their experience. With groups we can provide that “me too” factor, while removing a barrier to entry for those with financial constraints.
