Finding the right therapist can be a tough and the amount of hoops that you have to jump through only makes it worse. It's about navigating through lists, facing fears of judgment, and feeling the emotional toll. It takes courage to seek help, and each step is valid. You're not alone in this journey toward healing and support.

In order to try to simplify some of the process I have composed a list of the most common mental health provider directories that clinicians advertise their services on when they are open to seeing new clients.
